Stages of a project:

Step 1:
- Establish a plan of topographical situation of the land. Location map must include dimensions and rates of level of the land, parcels and existing buildings in the neighborhood and the closest streets.

Step 2:
- With the plan situation of the land is done an application to City Hall to issue planning permission.

Step 3:
- Based on information from the Planning permission and the personal options it is made the project.
Project construction can be done in different phases:
- DTAC - Technical documentation that is authorizing the construction;
- DT - Technical documentation for the execution of the construction;
- DDE - Technical documentation for the execution of the construction containing details of execution.

Step 4:
- Obtaining approvals mentioned in Planning permission.

Step 5:
- Obtaining the final construction permit from the City Hall.

2. Memories on specialties
Description of works:
- Architecture;
- Structure;
- Interior installations
- Technological equipment and facilities, as appropriate;
- Exterior and vertical systematization, as appropriate;
3. Attachments to the memorandum
- Geotechnical study of the land.
- Statement checking technical structure documentation.
4. Permits and agreements specified by the city planning certificate under current laws.
5. Agreements of the neighbors expressed in authentic form, if appropriate.

Parts drawn to scale 1:50 or 1:100, as follows:
- Quoted plans of all underground and above ground levels, indicating functions, sizes and surfaces;
- Roof plan, indicating the slopes of drainage and rain water collection method, including an indication of the materials.
- Characteristic sections;
- All facades, indicating the materials and finishes, including colors, listed and indicating connection to the land.
